She also attended St. Matthias Catholic Girls High School in Huntington Park, California, before it moved to the campus of Pius X High School in Downey, California.
In her early career, Le Beauf first appeared on TV in the 1986 TV Series, "Hotel," later appearing in "CBS Schoolbreak Special," later getting a role in the 1989 TV movie, "Howard Beach: Making a Case for Murder." In her early career, she was often credited as "Sabrina Lebeauf."
In 1984, Le Beauf was cast as Sondra Huxtable, the eldest Huxtable daughter on iconic 80s TV comedy, "The Cosby Show," despite being only ten years younger than her TV mom, Phylicia Rashad. Beating out both pop singer Whitney Houston and Miss America Vanessa L. Williams for the role, she starred on the show as both a regular and as a semi-regular for seven years until the show ended in 1992. To date, it is her mosy popular role to date.
