Die gesamte Aufmachung des Buches ist sehr hochwertig und edel. Auf dem Cover befindet sich zudem eine Illustration von Christian Dior vor einem Spiegel mit einer seiner Kreationen, liebevoll illustriert von der Autorin. Das Innere umfasst größtenteils Zeichnungen der Autorin nebst kleineren Texten, gelegentlich gibt es auch ganzseitige Zitate. Der Großteil des Buches ist in schwarz, weiß, rosa und gold gehalten.
